Paper Feeder Unit:

3. Dust removal device

• Equipped with a powerful vacuum suction dedusting fan machine, the dedusting brush cleans the dust and waste on the carboard, to increase the quality of the print.

4. Paper feeding roll

Printing unit:

1. Printing cylinder

4. Steel anilox roller

• Made of 45# steel tube with inside aging treatment, the Physical properties are consistent. the outer diameter 156mm;
• made of steel tube with the surface ground and hard chromium plating;
• Dynamic balance correction to ensure the stability of operation;
• The number of mesh is 220/250 mesh (according to the request of the customer)
• Keep the same pace with the paper feeding system by using a pneumatic auto-lifting device. ( the position of the anilox roller goes down to touch the printing plate when the paper is feeding; the anilox roller goes up when the feeding is stopped)
• The anilox roller is equipped with a wedge-type overrunning clutch, which makes the ink distribution and cleaning easier.

5. Rubber roller

• Made of #45 steel tube, the outer diameter is 140mm;
• The surface of the steel tube is wrapped with resistant rubber, and dynamic balance correction;
• With the Parabolic design, the rubber roller has great performance on ink distribution.

6. Phase Adjusting Mechanism

• Made with the structure of Planetary gear trains;
• The printed phase can be adjusted to 360 degrees during operation and halt. Digitally Controlled by a phaser;
• Adjusting the lateral position manually, and the adjusting range is 12mm;
• Automatic reset after cleaning the plate during the printed process.

7. Ink circulation system
